Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, provided the reason is that the item doesn't fit properly or that it arrived in poor condition (damaged, defective, or broken). We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
Please check our size guide on the product page carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for returns caused by not checking the size guide; in these cases, return shipping costs will still be the customer's responsibility.
Returns must be made in new, unused, unwashed condition, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, especially for items with a value over €75, as we cannot guarantee receipt without proof of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or broken, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a video showing it.
